Yen: I’ve been in online travel for the last 10+ years, most recently as General Manager of Travel at Yahoo! (with the Search Division). While there, it became clear that travelers were not getting the help they needed from to make informed travel planning decisions... But, if consumers had not decided on a plan, it was a slog.
